Description: MERI MAATI MERA DESH CAMPAIGN HELD AT BCS,DOHNA FROM 09/08/2023 TO 15/08/2023 . The “Meri Mati Mera Desh” campaign has been launched by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India from 9-15 August to mark the completion of 75 years of India's independence. Under the campaign, Panch Pran Pratigya ceremony was organized at BCS,Dohna in which children participated enthusiastically. The classrooms were well decorated for Independence Day. As part of the “Meri Mati Mera Desh” initiative which is a nationwide, envisions a unified celebration of India's soil and valour, commemorating the nation's journey of freedom and progress. By connecting with the land and honoring our heroes, Under the Panch Prana Pratigya, children and all present took oath that they will fulfill the dream of making India self-reliant and developed by 2047 and will fulfill all the duties of being citizens of India while strengthening the unity of India. For the growth and future of our country lies in the students of today who, inspired by the vision and work of our leaders, will pave the way to a brighter, unified and peaceful nation. As part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav initiative, ‘Meri Maati Mera Desh’ campaign was organized at BCS, Dohna. As part of the campaign at the Centre: 1. Saplings were planted to encourage the initiative of ‘Keep the Earth clean and green.’ and inculcate an environmental consciousness in our community. 2. Sr.Hepsiba the Principal of the School, administered Panch Pran Pledge to contribute positively to society. 3. The students of the cultural group presented Mitti Anthem to enthuse a sense of unity, pride, and patriotism. 4. Har Ghar Tiranga campaign, Poster making, Rally on cleanliness, Tiranga yatra, kavita gayan, Patriotic Song, Rangoli making, Skit, Essay Writing and story Narration competitions were held. Large number of faculty, Students, Staff, and kids participated in the Meri Matti Mera Desh campaign.
